I have been here for at least 9 years. It is very quiet and I have not seen a bug in that entire time. I will get a flying insect sometimes when I leave my door open in spring and early fall.
Every thing is well maintained and I very seldom need to call maintenance. When I do call, I have always gotten a prompt response.
The staff is very friendly and this is a very good neighborhood. The apartments are clean and safe.
Since I have been here the owners have replaced most of the water pipes, painted, put up new siding and repaved the parking lot.

I have lived at Farrar West for about five years. The apartments are very nice and Evelyn is a superb manager. If I ever have a problem at my apartment she quickly resolves the issue. The maintenance staff is excellent as well. These apartments are located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. I highly recommend Farrar West to anyone!!!

Farrar West is a very nice little complex that is conveniently located right off Frankford Ave. It is clean, safe and quiet. Front office is AMAZING!
Evelyn is very helpful and made my move in very easy! Her and the staff had my apartment ready to go the next day after signing lease!
I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live!

I just moved in around a week ago. Evelyn from the office was kind and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. The area is nice and quiet. Apartman is so nice, clean and tidy and in really good condition. I got a welcome surprise gift box when I moved in that was so kind. Thank you so much Farrar Apartments. Good job! I strongly recommend this place everyone who want to live in a really good place. Thank you again.
